Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
Is kittybin free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use, with no account, no trial and no watermark.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tools run inside your browser, so your files are read and processed on your own device. Nothing is sent to our servers. The one tool that goes online, the expiry checker, looks up public domain and certificate records, never your files.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Open a tool and start. There are no accounts.
Does kittybin show ads?
No, and it never will. There are no ad networks and no trackers on the site.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile. Very large files work best on a desktop browser.
Where do my converted files go?
Straight to your device, through your browser's normal download. If a tool makes several files, it offers a single ZIP.
Can I use kittybin at work?
Yes. Because files never leave the device, kittybin suits work with confidential documents. Our security page explains how it works for IT teams.
Is there an app?
Not yet. kittybin works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
Something isn't working. What should I do?
Tell us on the feedback page, or email support@kittybin.app. Mentioning your browser and device helps us fix it faster.
Can I suggest a tool?
Please do. Most new tools start as a suggestion. Use the feedback page.
Still stuck? Email support@kittybin.app and we will help.
